I am currently in the early stages of my campaign to be the next Mayor of the City of Manitowoc. I filed my declaration of candidacy on May 22, 2008 and I plan to have an "offical announcement" and kickoff of my campaign near the end of summer.

Currently I am spending a lot of time aggressively pursuing the thoughts and concerns of business leaders, educators, and citizens all throughout the community to better assess what the taxpaying public believes are the greatest needs of Manitowoc.

I truly believe that Manitowoc needs a new brand of leadership that is going to take us in a new direction as we continue to move into the 21st century and face the challenges it has to offer. I believe that I can provide that leadership and that is why I have thrown my hat in the ring to become the next Mayor of the City of Manitowoc.

Even though the election is not until April of 2009, we don't need to wait for an election to begin moving in a new direction. You will see me aggressively pursuing and advocating for this new direction in the coming weeks and months and with your help enact that vision in my first term as Mayor of this great city.

As it is still early in the campaign season the website is not fully functional but I will be adding additional content and features in the very near future so please check back often for updates.
